On this page, I share the products I use and recommend as part of my face yoga and skincare approach. Not because they are trendy or promise spectacular results, but simply because I have tested them on my own skin — sometimes after extensive research… and a few mistakes along the way.
Over time, I realized that no product truly works on its own. Using natural skincare does not bring much benefit if it is followed by makeup loaded with silicones or petrochemical derivatives: this can limit or even cancel the effects of the products applied beforehand.
That is why I only choose:
100% natural skincare products with a high concentration of active ingredients
quality tools that respect the skin
cleaner makeup that does not counteract the work done on the skin
The goal is not to accumulate products, but rather to support the skin, preserve its balance, and avoid anything that could irritate it, overload it, or disrupt its natural mechanisms.
Each product I share here has been selected for its quality and its compatibility with the skin. The idea is to keep a routine simple, healthy, and effective, without unnecessary overload.
For a long time, I struggled to find products that truly suited my skin. I was often told it was dehydrated, yet no cream really worked for me: some caused tightness, others left a greasy film, and my skin remained uncomfortable. Over time, I realized the issue was not difficult skin, but simply the choice of products. Today, I focus on 100% natural and effective skincare, with more than 70% active ingredients, and a simple four-step routine. This routine helps maintain the skin’s natural balance and proper hydration, which is essential for keeping the skin supple and limiting the appearance of certain expression lines, especially forehead wrinkles.
1. Cleanser
The Ringana Cleanser was a real discovery for me. It gently cleanses and removes makeup, even around the eyes, without causing irritation or discomfort.
2. Tonic
The Ringana Tonic Calm helps rebalance the skin after cleansing and provides an initial layer of hydration. This step prepares the skin and improves the absorption of products applied afterward, such as serum.
3. Serum
This is a key step. Rich in active ingredients, the serum addresses the specific needs of the skin: hydration, radiance, or prevention of expression lines, particularly on the forehead.
4. Cream
The cream nourishes the skin, protects it, and maintains comfort throughout the day.
J’ai découvert Ringana après une réaction allergique qui m’a poussée à regarder de près Why I chose Ringana skincare
I discovered Ringana after an allergic reaction that pushed me to take a closer look at the composition of my products.
What convinced me:
fresh formulas with a high concentration of active ingredients
a long-term skin-respectful approach
products that genuinely improve skin quality, not just its immediate appearance
For those who would like to explore the products in more detail, you can access the full range through my dedicated Ringana website.
During the consultation, we review your face, your skin, and your current routine. We also observe facial tension areas that may accentuate certain wrinkles, especially forehead wrinkles.
Tools are only effective if they are well designed and made with skin-friendly materials. Before finding the ones I use today, I tested several brands. Some caused redness, breakouts, or irritation, even though my skin is not particularly sensitive. Others were simply ineffective: too rigid, poorly designed, or unable to properly grip the skin.
Face taping uses kinesiology tape to support and stimulate certain areas of the face. It helps release muscle tension and can gradually smooth facial features. I tested several brands before finding tapes truly suited for the face. The Face Tape I use is made in Japan, from elastic cotton with a hypoallergenic, latex-free adhesive, designed to remain comfortable even on sensitive areas. Unlike generic tapes, it adheres well and stays in place, allowing better effectiveness, especially in areas where tension contributes to wrinkles such as the forehead.
Note: not all tapes — especially the brightly colored ones often seen online — are suitable for the delicate skin of the face and may cause irritation or discomfort.
Face cupping uses gentle suction to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, relax muscles, and oxygenate the skin. I tested several cups before finding the ones that truly suit me. The tool I use is specifically designed for the face, with high-quality silicone cups, non-toxic and free from BPA, latex, lead, and phthalates. Unlike basic cups that are often too rigid or poorly designed, these adhere comfortably and allow precise massage. Different sizes are available: larger ones for cheeks, neck, or forehead; smaller ones for delicate areas such as around the eyes.
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese tool used to stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, release tension, and improve skin texture. I use a classic green stone Gua Sha, effective for working certain areas of the face. It can be particularly useful for releasing tension in the forehead or around the eyebrows. Note: it is not recommended on very thin or sensitive areas. For this reason, I often alternate between Gua Sha and face cupping depending on the area and specific needs.
Some wrinkles are not only related to age. They can also result from tension stored in the muscles and fascia of the face. This is often the case with forehead wrinkles, which may be linked to repeated expressions or tension in the scalp. By learning to release this tension and work on the appropriate areas, it is possible to reduce certain wrinkles in a natural and progressive way.
After reviewing my skincare, I realized that makeup deserved the same attention.
Applying natural skincare and then covering the skin with occlusive or harsh products no longer made sense to me. Today, I choose brands that offer natural and skin-friendly formulas. It is important to note that fully natural makeup does not exist in the same way as skincare. To achieve color and coverage, even the cleanest brands use mineral pigments such as titanium dioxide or iron oxides.
This is why I prioritize brands that use safe, non-toxic ingredients while avoiding:
The brands I use
I only share brands I personally use, without partnerships: ZAO Organic Makeup and Eclo Beauty. Both are very similar in terms of quality and natural formulation.
They use:
They also avoid silicones, petrochemical derivatives, nanoparticles, and other controversial components. The only thing to keep in mind with natural makeup is wear time: these products generally last slightly less than conventional makeup. With a small touch-up if needed, the result remains very satisfying while respecting the skin’s balance.
Are tools necessary to work on facial wrinkles?
No, they are not essential. The hands alone already allow effective work on facial tension.
Tools can be used as a complement to stimulate circulation or provide a relaxing effect, but the main work can be done with the hands.
Can Gua Sha help with forehead wrinkles or around the mouth?
Gua Sha can improve circulation and relax certain areas of the face.
However, when it comes to releasing deeper tension in the tissues or fascia, manual techniques are often more precise.
Are face cups useful?
Cups can stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation and provide a relaxing effect.
But for targeted work on specific wrinkles, manual techniques are generally more effective.
Can you reduce wrinkles without using tools?
Yes. Working with the hands already allows action on muscles, fascia, and facial tension.
Tools can be used as a complement, but they are not essential for practicing face yoga.
Do you have questions about your skin or your wrinkles?
Understanding the origin of facial tension often allows much more effective action on certain wrinkles, especially forehead wrinkles.
